As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing business within the Finance sector.
Based out of a busy office based in Sutton Coldfield you will develop your desk into a profitable and integral part of the business acting as a 360 consultant. You will be responsible for candidate attraction through advertising, targeted networking and utilising job boards and LinkedIn.
Your business focus will ideally be on either contract and permanent positions.
Already working within an Finance as a recruitment consultant is advantageous but not essential, although you will have previously built a successful desk, have a thorough understanding of recruitment and be looking to replicate that success with a new business.
You will be tenacious with a strong working ethic, an excellent communicator with great interaction skills and be organised.
