As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing business within the Education sector across the Midlands.
Based out of a successful branch you will canvass new business with a view of developing a profitable desk. You will be responsible for advertising, interviewing and ensuring full adherence to strict regulations at all times. Regular client visits and account management will be part of your normal working week.
Already working within Education Recruitment as a recruitment consultant is an advantage but not essential, you will however be driven and motivated by success and financial rewards, be used to developing business, account managing and advertising your own vacancies as well as generating your own pool of candidates.
You will be tenacious with a strong working ethic, an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and be organised.
