Recruitment Consultant, Commercial Perms
£20 – 25k plus commission
Due to the success of the Commercial Perms team this central Birmingham based branch is looking to add additional recruiters to its team of talented consultants.

You will be working with an experienced manager who has the ability to develop consultants in order for them to become successful. Although KPI’s exist this is not a KPI driven role, it’s quality above quantity and the manager understands that this is the way to build lasting relationships and successful desks.

As a recruitment consultant you will develop further business within the Commercial sector throughout the Birmingham and surrounding areas.
This will be done by operating as a 360’ consultant conducting sales, business development calls and meetings. You will manage your own desk which will include being responsible for gaining vacancies, attracting candidates, advertising, interviewing and ensuring both candidates and clients receive an exemplary service.
Already working as a Recruitment Consultant is essential, sector and discipline is not. We would expect you to have a full understanding of the recruitment process and how to manage both candidates and clients effectively.
You will also be driven and motivated by success and financial rewards, be tenacious with a strong working ethic, an excellent communicator with great interaction skills and be organised.
